In 2017, my life took a significant turn when I welcomed my first daughter into the world. Becoming a mother not only opened the door to a whole new world of experiences but also brought unexpected changes to my professional life. Just as I was preparing to return to my role as Director after maternity leave, I received the news that my position was no longer available. It was a devastating blow, plunging me into a state of uncertainty and urgency.

However, amidst the chaos, I made a decision: to turn my longstanding aspiration of becoming a Coach into a reality. I was determined to use my journey, both personally and professionally, to empower, inspire, and support other women, ensuring they wouldn't have to navigate the challenges I faced alone.

Since then, I've dedicated myself to building my coaching business, launching a podcast with two of my amigas (The Level Up Latina Podcast), and fostering a vibrant community. Alongside these endeavors, my family has also grown—I'm now the proud mother of four children, all under the age of six. Balancing motherhood and my career has been both challenging and immensely rewarding. I'm passionate about the work I do, finding fulfillment in inspiring others, while also cherishing the flexibility and adaptability that allows me to be fully present for my children and my familia.
