ABOUT VERO Vero is a visionary & magnetic leader dedicated to empowering Latinas across diverse industries. As a first-generation Mexican American, she takes immense pride in her upbringing in Watts, where she learned to challenge the status quo from a young age. Balancing the roles of a mother to four children, all aged six and under, she deeply understands the significance of adaptability and flexibility in both personal and professional spheres.
With a corporate leadership background at Fortune 500 companies, Vero leverages her expertise in business management, operations, salary negotiation, and team building to coach her clients. Fueled by the lack of support and relatable professional guidance for Latinas in the corporate world she became a coach. She is passionate about helping clients gain the confidence to rewrite their narratives and fearlessly pursue their desires.
Vero's mission is to inspire individuals, particularly Latinas, to navigate both personal and professional success while embracing the joys and challenges of everyday life. Coaching is for Latinas too.
